A beverage co-packer for North Carolina brands

Greenville, South Carolina sits about 100 miles down I-85 from Charlotte and about an hour from Asheville on I-26. The Carolinas are our core market, and North Carolina brands make up a large share of what we can.

Logistics

Close enough to visit the line

Charlotte is about 100 miles away on I-85, roughly a two-hour drive. Asheville is about an hour away on I-26. That is close enough to be on the floor for a pilot run or a production day and home the same night.

Finished pallets go back up the same corridors to your distributor, your warehouse, or a third-party logistics provider, and we can hold finished goods until you call for them.

Run sizes and formats

From a first run to full production

Runs start around 2,500 cans. A typical client run is about 20,000 cans, and our largest clients run 100,000 to 250,000 cans at a time.

Every run is logged: pre-op inspection, scale and pH calibration, seam and seal checks, finished-product pH, dissolved oxygen and CO2, and a pre-shipment review. Product is held until the lab certificate of analysis clears, typically 3 to 5 days.

Common questions

What North Carolina brands usually ask us

Can you handle a seltzer or soda line with several flavors?

Yes. A client run is often several flavors produced back to back, each as its own batch, so a multi-SKU launch is normal for us.

Can we scale without switching co-packers?

Runs start around 2,500 cans and our largest clients run 100,000 to 250,000 cans at a time, so a brand can grow on the same line.

Can we be on site for the pilot?

Yes. Pilots run on the production line, and being there to sign off on taste and dosing is encouraged.
