What we collect

When you submit the project form at /start, we collect what you type into it: your name, brand or company, email address, and optionally your phone number, website, and details about your project such as beverage type, packaging format, batch size, timeline, and notes.

If you email or call us, we keep the correspondence so we can respond.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in our project management system, ClickUp, where the team reviews inquiries. The submission passes through our website host to reach ClickUp and is not stored on this site itself.

How we use it

We use what you submit to review your inquiry, decide whether we are a fit, and respond to you. If the project moves forward, the same details become the starting point for your project record.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers that run this site and our project management system, and only so they can provide those services.

Analytics

We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It collects standard usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device type. You can block it with a browser extension or by disabling cookies for this site; the site works without it.

Spam protection

The project form includes a hidden field that automated bots tend to fill in. Submissions that trip it are discarded. We may also use a verification service from our website host to filter automated submissions.

Your requests

To see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, or to ask us to stop contacting you, email info@upstatebev.co from the address you used with us. We will respond as soon as we can.
