Every can is filled and seamed on our Profill canning line, batched from tanks of up to 60 barrels, which is about 19,840 12 oz cans per batch.

Cans, ends, ingredients, and packaging come in against a purchase order and are logged by lot.

Large co-packers report after the fact. Our client portal shows your run as it moves through the schedule, what was received against your purchase orders, and what each lot consumed. If something changes, you see it when we do.

Do you tunnel pasteurize?+
Not today. Upstate Beverage Consultants does not currently have tunnel pasteurization in Greenville. Whether a product needs it depends on pH, ingredients, and shelf-life target, so we assess that during formulation review and tell you up front if your product is not a fit for our line.
What cans and decoration do you run?+
Upstate Beverage Consultants fills pre-printed aluminum cans, most often 12 oz sleek, plus 12 oz standard, 8 oz sleek, and 16 oz standard. Printed cans carry a can-maker minimum and lead time, so we plan the can order around your run size before materials are bought.
Who supplies the cans, ends, and ingredients?+
Either side can. Many clients have us source cans, ends, trays, and ingredients through our supplier relationships; others supply their own. Client-supplied materials are received against a purchase order and tracked by lot.
Can you run both carbonated and still beverages?+
Yes. The line fills still and carbonated non-alcoholic beverages in aluminum cans. Carbonation level is set during formulation and confirmed on the pilot run before production.
How do I see what is happening during my canning run?+
Through the client portal. Runs are tracked as they move through the schedule, materials are received and consumed by lot, and you can check status without waiting on an email. That is what white-glove transparency means in practice.
