For established brands

A co-packer that treats your run like it matters.

For brands leaving large-scale co-packers, or adding a Southeast footprint. Transparent pricing, direct access to the team, and production you can watch in real time.

Why brands move

Volume co-packers optimize for the line. We optimize for the brand on it.

Established brands usually come to us for one of two reasons. Their current co-packer has grown past them, so they wait in a queue, get a status update when someone remembers, and find out about problems on the pallet. Or they sell into the Southeast and ship every case across the country to do it.

We are a boutique non-alcoholic co-packer in Greenville, South Carolina. We run functional beverages, hemp-derived THC and CBD beverages, sparkling and still soft drinks, ready-to-drink coffee and tea, and non-alcoholic alternatives in aluminum cans, with tunnel pasteurization available and both shrink sleeve and printed cans supported.

What is different

White-glove, and we mean the boring parts

Transparency

A written quote with the costs broken out. A packaging spec dossier that fixes what will be run. Release checks you can see. No surprises on the invoice or the pallet.

Direct access to the team

You talk to the people running your product, from the exploratory call through production. No account manager in between, no ticket queue.

Real-time visibility

A client portal shows materials received, run progress, release checks, and shipment or storage as they happen. You do not have to ask where your order is.

Southeast freight

Two hours from Charlotte. Two hours from Atlanta.

Greenville sits between Charlotte and Atlanta, two of the major distribution hubs in the Southeast. Producing here puts finished goods a short lane from distributors and retailers across the Carolinas, Georgia, and the wider region.

West Coast brands use us as a second footprint. Produce in the Southeast for the Southeast, and stop paying cross-country freight on every case sold east of the Mississippi.

Tech transfer

Bring your spec. We run it, then prove it.

  • Your specification, process parameters, and packaging dossier, reviewed against our line.

  • Your existing recipe captured in our recipe template so nothing lives only in email.

  • A pilot run on the actual line to confirm fill, carbonation, dosing uniformity, and seams match the spec.

  • Taste sign-off by your team before production.

The full sequence is on the how it works page.

Your materials

Client-supplied, received against PO, tracked by lot

If you already hold can, end, or ingredient contracts, keep them. Materials you ship to us are received against a purchase order, counted in, and lot-tracked through production, so every finished case traces back to what went into it.

If you would rather we source, we do that too, through our supplier relationships for cans, ends, trays, and ingredients. Details are on the co-packing page.

Questions from established brands

Can you run our existing specification as-is?+

Usually. Send the spec, the process parameters, and the packaging dossier. We review them against our line, run a pilot to confirm fill, carbonation, dosing, and seams match your spec, and your team signs off on taste before production.

We have our own can and ingredient supply. Can we ship materials to you?+

Yes. Client-supplied cans, ends, trays, and ingredients are received against a purchase order, counted in, and tracked by lot through production. You can also have us source through our supplier relationships.

How does a Southeast location help our freight?+

Greenville is roughly two hours from both Charlotte and Atlanta, on the corridor that serves the Carolinas, Georgia, and the wider Southeast. Producing here shortens the lane to Southeast distributors and retailers. West Coast brands use it as a second footprint to avoid cross-country freight on every order.

How is visibility different from a large co-packer?+

You see production in real time in the client portal: materials received, pilot status, run progress, release checks, and shipment or storage. You also have direct access to the team running your product.

Can we move part of our volume while keeping our current co-packer?+

Yes. A common path is to move one SKU or one region first and keep the rest where it is. Tech transfer and the pilot run work the same way at any share of your volume.
